2. Complete the form below to confirm the date and place you will attend the workshop with your mentee(s).
3. We encourage you to attend, even if your student cannot attend or attend on different days.
4. This will be a valuable workshop so we encourage you to make every effort to attend.
5. This will count as a mentor session.
